You have good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Products.

You have good hardware skills including network support, setup and testing.

You are a careful and cautious worker, who backs up and documents all work faithfully.

You are respectful, helpful and patient in dealing with others.

You have some mechanical skills and are a good listener and communicator.
