Purpose
This is a two part report showing tax collected from your customers or paid by you again according to the defaults you set on the system. This is also designed to make filling out your tax returns simple. It is used for taxation that has tax credits like GST in Canada.

The report is generated from data stored in work orders that are in turn provided as defaults from the setup form. These values can be modified and applied to each individual invoice with a mouse click beside the appropriate item.

The report just summarizes by year and quarter as it opens Each is subtotaled and summarized. The tax you collected is what you must submit less the tax you paid on eligible items.
