Purpose
This report shows the service history for an individual piece of equipment. It can help to build better customer relationships and is further evidence of your organizational abilities.

The report is generated from work orders. You select a customer from the drop down list above the button and the a vehicle from the next drop down to generate the report.
Contents
The report contains the customer contact information and complete details about each service incident for a specific piece of equipment including labor and parts details. Work order ID #'s and Totals. It is nicely formatted so that you can provide it to your customer as an extra service or use it for reference when a vehicle returns for it's next appointment.
